Why to stop using single-use plastics?

I haven’t the best eco-friendly person in this world. And honestly my plastic awakening was because of the documentary “Seaspiricy”. It was quiet confronting and made me feel so devastating thinking of my own contribution to sea pollution. I educated myself going through documents, research and came across many, I say many, hard hitting to heart truth.  Over one billion plastic water bottles are purchased in Australia each year.
