Change of Mind Policy
We do NOT accept any change of mind orders.
Any personalised or customised items cannot be refunded for change of mind. Please ensure you are happy with all colour selections prior to making your order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns & Cancellation
We will NOT accept cancellation or returns on personalised items. We will only offer a credit if the product is faulty. It is important when you place your order, you check all the details are correct. If you notice any error please contact us ASAP via email hello@diagonalhorizon.com.au.

Refunds.
Unfortunately we don't offer refunds here on any Diagonal Horizon Products. We will offer store credit if the product reached you damaged.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
