Shipping policy

 

Process Time:

Our processing time is 1-2 business days and personalised gift orders will be shipped between 2-3 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If you require your order by a certain date, please contact us prior to ordering and we will let you know if it is possible (we'll try our best to meet your deadline).

Delivery Time:

It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we cannot offer reimbursement for this package.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

Delivery time will depend on your selection. Usually standard post takes 5-7 Business days and Express posts takes 1-2 Business days. All posts are send through track send postage.

International Delivery Time:

Yes, we do offer international delivery. Usual standard international postage time takes 15 - 20 business days. If you select DHL at checkout, the delivery time will be 7-10 business days.

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Wholesale/ Bulk Delivery Time:

For custom bulk orders, the process time will be 15 business days. They will be despatched after 15th day. The delivery time will depend on the delivery method you will choose.

After Despatched

Once orders are despatched, we will not have any responsibility for/control of the parcel. We will try our best that it reaches you on time and in the great condition that it was sent.

Courier Service:

Items are mostly sent via Australia Post or Sendle. If you have a preference for your delivery service, please contact us BEFORE placing your order on hello@diagonalhorizon.com.au.

If you urgently require your order please select Express Post at the checkout.

PLEASE NOTE: Express Shipping is ONLY a shipping method, it DOES NOT push your order ahead of the delivery service queue.

Only if you are a part of our VIP club and you have selected Express Post, making your order will be given priority by us.
