Shipping and Handling

Our processing time is 7 business days and personalised gift orders will be shipped after the 7th day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If you require your order by a certain date, please contact us prior to ordering and we will let you know if it is possible (we'll try our best to meet your deadline).

For custom bulk orders, please allow up to 14 business days for despatch.

Once orders are despatched, we will not have any responsibility for/control of the parcel. We will try our best that it reaches you on time and in the great condition that it was sent.

Items are mostly sent via Australia Post or Sendle. If you have a preference for your delivery service, please contact us BEFORE placing your order on hello@diagonalhorizon.com.au.

If you urgently require your order please select Express Post at the checkout.

PLEASE NOTE: Express Shipping is ONLY a shipping method, it DOES NOT push your order ahead of the delivery service queue.

Only if you are a member and you have selected Express Post, making your order will be given priority by us.

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
