Return & Refund Policy



Returns

We do accept returns and exchanges but terms and conditions apply.

If have any enquiry please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Return item or items should be back within 15 days. This excludes sale and personalised items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns and refunds based on the change of mind & misuse will not be accepted. Items that have been opened and/ or used are exempt from a return and will not be refunded. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the items are not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

Personalised Products

We will not accept cancellation or returns on personalised items. We will only offer a credit if the product is faulty. It is important when you place your order, you check all the details are correct. If you notice any error please contact us ASAP via email hello@diagonalhorizon.com.au.

Refunds

Once the item is received, we will inspect and notify you if you are eligible for a refund. We will immediately let you know the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

After your refund is approved, we will initiate your refund to your credit card or original method of payment. The refund will take 15 days or depending on your card issuer’s policies.
